Can I charge different prices for adults, children and toddlers?
Yes. Guest types let you set separate prices for any age bands you like — for example a nominal adult fee, full-price children, cheaper toddlers, and free babies. You can also require at least one adult per booking and stop babies counting toward capacity.
Can I charge more during weekends and school holidays?
Yes. You can run separate term-time and weekend/holiday sessions with their own pricing, and seasonal schedules with their own opening hours that automatically take over for date ranges like summer holidays, half term and Christmas.
How do group bookings work for groups of parents?
With group codes. The first parent books and receives a 6-digit code and share link. Friends use the code to attach their own booking — choosing their own adults, children and toddlers and paying separately — and the system seats the whole group together automatically.
Can I sell soft play memberships?
Yes. The built-in membership system handles monthly and annual plans, automated recurring billing via Stripe, a member portal for self-service, automatic member discounts on bookings, and per-plan booking rules and limits.
Can I sell gift cards?
Yes. Your booking site includes a digital gift card shop with custom card designs, personal messages, delivery to a recipient by email, balance checking and configurable expiry. Gift cards can be redeemed against bookings online.
How do I take party deposits and balance payments?
Take a deposit or full payment when the party is booked, then send a payment link for the remaining balance — for any amount, with your own description. The customer pays online and the payment is tracked against their booking, with resend, refund and cancel controls.
Can parents accept my terms and conditions or a waiver when booking?
