What are guest types?

Guest types, also known as ticket types, are a powerful Gold Feature of BookingNinja that lets you ask your customers what tickets they need up front, and then present options based on what they've picked. For example, separating bookings between adults and children.

Helpful for resteraunt and cafe events, they are especially useful for soft play booking management or for similar businesses like role plays, board game cafes, or just about anywhere you need to know a little more about who is booking online.
