Food and Drink

No outside food or drink is permitted on the premises, except for baby food and milk.
We kindly ask that guests do not bring outside food or drink onto the premises, to maintain hygiene standards and ensure the safety of all visitors.
Outside food and drink are not allowed; however, we have a café that offers a variety of food and drink options for purchase.
Cakes or party food are allowed during private bookings and parties, but must be pre-approved by staff in advance.
We are a nut-free zone for the safety of all children. Please do not bring any food containing nuts onto the premises.
For health and safety reasons, no hot drinks are allowed in the play area.
Only sealed, non-alcoholic drinks are allowed in the seating areas, and must not be consumed on the play equipment.
If you have any special dietary needs or allergies, please speak to a member of staff before your visit so we can accommodate you accordingly.
Guests are welcome to bring their own food for children with specific dietary requirements (e.g., allergies), but we ask that this is eaten in designated areas.

Booking and Cancellations

Booking in advance is advised for all visitors, especially during busy periods.
Please ensure that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your booking time.
Cancellations must be made at least hours/days before the scheduled visit for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within hours/days of your booking.
If you fail to attend your booking, the full amount will be charged.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in the event of unforeseen circumstances, and we will notify you as soon as possible.

Photography and Filming

You may take photographs and videos of your own children, but please be respectful of other visitors.
Photography or filming of other children without permission is not allowed.
Photography or filming is expressly prohibited in the venue.
Please inform staff if you are planning to take professional photographs or videos in the venue.
For safety and privacy reasons, we do not allow any filming or photography in the play area unless it is for personal use.

Liability and Responsibility

By entering the soft play area, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any injuries sustained while using the equipment.
The venue is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur due to failure to follow the rules.
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their children play safely and responsibly.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during your visit.

Emergency Procedures

In the event of an emergency, please follow all instructions given by our staff members.
Please make yourself familiar with the location of emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits upon arrival.
Staff are trained in first aid, and any incidents should be reported to them immediately.
In case of an evacuation, please remain calm and exit the premises in an orderly manner.

Behavior Expectations

We expect all visitors to be respectful of others, including staff and other guests.
Disruptive or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated, and any guest engaging in such behavior will be asked to leave the premises.
Adults are responsible for the behavior of their children. Any child displaying inappropriate behavior will be asked to leave the play area.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person displaying behavior that is unsafe or disruptive to other guests.
We also encourage positive interactions and sharing among all attendees.

Dress Code

For safety reasons, please ensure children wear appropriate clothing while in the play area.
Clothing with zippers, buttons, or any sharp items is not permitted on the play equipment.
Please ensure your child wears comfortable, safe clothing while playing.
No jewellery or accessories should be worn while using the equipment, as they may pose a risk of injury.
Socks must be worn at all times in the play area.

Staff Authority

Our staff members are trained to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests. Please follow any instructions given by staff.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest from the premises if they fail to comply with staff instructions or venue policies.
Staff members are available to assist with any queries or concerns you may have during your visit.
Our staff should be treated with respect at all times, and any abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
