There's a certain kind of marketing image doing the rounds right now: the fully AI-generated poster. You type "make me a poster for our quiz night", and a model hands back a picture with melted text, a logo it invented on the spot, three too many fingers on the barman and a colour scheme that has nothing to do with your venue. It looks impressive for about two seconds, and then you realise you can't actually use it.
We think that's the wrong tool for the job. A poster for your venue isn't an art piece, it's a piece of your brand. It needs your real event name spelled correctly, your real date and time, your logo, your colours, and a booking link that works. It needs to look like the last poster you made, and the next one. A model that regenerates the whole thing from scratch every time gives you the opposite: inconsistent, off-brand, and usually wrong on the details that matter most.
So we built the Graphics editor. It's a proper design tool, built right into BookingNinja, aimed at one thing: making consistent, on-brand graphics quickly. No separate app, no second subscription, no exporting and re-importing between tools. And crucially, it already knows about your venue.
It fills itself in from your bookings
This is the part that saves the most time. You can link a graphic to a real session, event, offer, closure or review, and the design pulls the details straight from your account. The session name, the date, the time, a "Book Now" button and a QR code that points at your booking page all drop in automatically, and they're correct every time.
Change the session later and the graphic reflects it. You're not retyping anything, and you're never going to accidentally publish a poster with last month's date still on it.
A lot more than text on a photo
It's a full editor, not a single template with a caption box. You get:
- Templates to start from, in feed, story and banner shapes
- A Brand Kit that holds your logo, brand colours and brand fonts, ready to drop in, plus your own uploaded fonts
- Text styling with one-click looks (gold, chrome, neon, and plenty more) and curved or arced text
- Around 70 filters and effects for images and text, from a subtle glow to full watercolour, halftone and chrome finishes
- Shapes and freehand drawing with a proper pen tool
- Image tools: crop, frame in any shape, and automatic background removal
- Free stock photos built in, so you don't need a separate library
- QR codes, including a one-click code that links straight to your booking page
Styling a headline is a single click. The text style presets turn plain text into gold, chrome, neon and more, all in your own font.
And when you want to go further, there are around 70 stackable filters and effects for both images and text.
One design, every size
Made a square post and now need a tall story version for Instagram? Switch the size and Magic Resize rearranges and rescales everything to fit the new shape. One design becomes every format you need, without rebuilding it by hand.
Where AI actually helps
To be clear, we're not anti-AI. Used in the right place it's genuinely useful. Inside the editor there's an AI image tool for generating a background illustration or a texture to build a design on. The difference is that it's one ingredient you place and control, not a black box handing you a finished, unusable poster.
Use it for just about anything
Instagram and Facebook posts, stories, wide banners for your site or emails, gift card designs, "we're closed" notices, special offer announcements, event posters, even artwork to print and put in the window. The common sizes are built in, and everything you make is saved so you can reopen and tweak it later.
