Switching From Quandoo, Answered

When is Quandoo closing?
Quandoo announced in March 2026 that it is closing down. As reported in its partner update, the last day for new bookings is 30 September 2026, the consumer service ends on 1 October 2026, and the platform is fully removed by 31 December 2026. Treat the exact dates as reported rather than guaranteed, and plan to have a replacement live well before September.
How does the 2 months free offer work?
Simply. Mention that you're coming from Quandoo when you sign up, or on your demo call with Dan, and your first 2 months of subscription are free. No code to find, nothing to prove.
Do I need my own website?
It helps, but it isn't required. You can embed the booking widget on your website, or use a hosted booking page on its own address (custom domains supported) and share the link anywhere: your Google profile, Instagram bio, or email signature.
How do payments work?
You connect your own Stripe or Square account and guest payments go straight into it. BookingNinja never holds your money. Deposits, full prepayment, card capture and no-show charges are all supported, and refunds can be issued from the admin in full or in part.
Is there a contract?
No. There are no contracts and you can cancel anytime. There's also a Free Forever plan with all features included, so you can start without paying anything at all.
Can you import my bookings from Quandoo?
There's no automatic Quandoo import. In practice it's rarely the blocker: Dan sets your venue up with your real sessions, prices and tables, and new reservations come in directly from day one. If you can export your customer list, it can be imported into your BookingNinja customer database.
How long does setup take?
About a day for a typical venue. Dan, the founder, does the setup personally and will build you a working demo configured with your own sessions and prices before you commit to anything.
