Thanks for everyone who gave us bug reports and feedback this week. We've had some really helpful and positive feedback, and features like repeat bookings are now in.
You can temporarily disable the new editor in your "Panel Options" in settings if you're having major issues, but please note the old editor is no longer supported and this option will only be available to cover any issues this weekend. Please message us if you are having issues first.
Send Payment Requests (Gold Customers Only)

By very popular request, you can now send 0% commission payments requests and take payments online directly on a booking. This is an incredibly helpful feature, allowing you to ask and attach money to any booking at any time.

For example, you can use this to take bookings on the phone and have customers pay via email, or you can take a party booking deposit on the form and then, when guests are confirmed, agree and amount and then request final payment directly on the booking.
Standard Stripe Fees for taking a normal card payment apply - but there's no other added cost, and no commission from us.
Take Payments Via Bank Transfer
All accounts can now optionally take payments via bank transfer.
While bank transfers are not usually a customer preference, when you are taking deposits and large sums of money, they can make a huge difference to your bottom line, as the online payment fee is significantly less than a card payment.
Group Codes Update
The group code system will try to book friend groups together, even if they are booking separately, where possible.
Group codes can now use table chains, and they also now work on events. Clicking a group code in your list view now shows you the linked bookings, and we've also fixed some bugs that were enabling group codes to bypass payments in certain situations.
Other Fixes and Updates
Fixed an error that could mean reminder emails were not being sent out.
Booking Duration is now a required field when making any session, people were missing this out and it was making slots not bookable.
Addon descriptions now format properly
Fixed a bug which stopped the "Skip payments" section of the CRM from working
Events no longer change type when changing URLs
Session categories "Enquiry Form" action now works properly
Two way enquiries are now working properly, and the enquiry page visuals have been fixed
Multiple fixes surrounding venue closures, especially when a venue had overlapping session closures
If you let guests pick durations, you can now pick which duration is the default
Visual updates on the session list page to make managing multi-date events easier
Made the remember me tick box visible on login
Fixed the events widgets not working with the new system
Capacity Groups now correctly use factored guests, not all guests
