What is a venue CRM?
You can think of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) feature as a way to track your customers outside of individual bookings. This can be very helpful if you run a business that relies on repeat customers or building a sense of community, like board game cafes or soft plays, but its also helpful to just be able to view previous dates attended and quickly access relevant data like names, emails and phone numbers.
Why is it helpful?
Every booking is automatically added into our CRM as a customer, or, if they're returning, automatically updated, so there is no manual work to do at all
You can add your own internal notes against each customer which can be used to note things like special requirements or even just things you'd like to remember to help them feel like true regulars at your venue
We show stats like how many times they've no showed, the average length a booking, if they're subscribed to your mailing list, and more, making it easy to see info on a customer without searching for hours.
