Import Existing Bookings For Free

Already been taking bookings elsewhere?

That's ok, we won't judge! And not only that, we'll even help you move across by importing your old bookings into the system for you. All we'll need is a CSV or other data format - like a Google Sheet or Excel file, and we'll do our best to match what we can.

Not only can this save you hours during the initial setup, it also reduces human error, so it's a win win, and an import is included free of charge in both our paid packages.

What can you import?

For our gold customers, we can usually import just about anything you give us, though it's a bit of a manual process. Providing your old system has them in a usable format, we can pull out individual ticket types and booking notes. It's really about how much you can get from your old platform.

For our starter packages, we'll import the basics for you - names, dates, total guest amounts and times. We may also be able to import things like tables.
