We've just deployed a complete overhaul of our CRM system to offer faster, more in depth data. We've incorporated as many existing requests from customers as possible.
Table View
Replacing the simple list of customers, the table view shows you all the information you might need to know about customers matching your search queries - get an instant overview of details such as total payments, their next booking and more.
Plus want to remove or add fields to the table view? With the new Visible fields option you can set it to display just the data you need. When you save a segment it saves the visible fields alongside, so you can have different fields for each type of query.
Advanced Search
Quickly query for customers who you've not seen for a month, or find customers which have a high rate of no shows.
We've also introduced the ability to filter to customers who have last booked between a span, so you could find all customers who have booked during the school holidays previously as an example.
Add as many filters as you'd like and get instant feedback to your queries - measured in milliseconds.

Save Segments
You can also save your search filters into a segmentation, allow for one click access to critical data. A great example of this would be to create a segmentation for customers which have 5 or more bookings but haven't booked in the past 3 months - customers you are losing.

Add Customers Manually
If you want to add someone to the CRM but they have not previously booked then you can simply hit the "Add Customer" tab. You'll be able to enter basic details such as their name and email address and create that customer manually. Any future bookings will be assigned to them.
Customers will now be automatically added to the CRM when you make internal bookings now, not just from the public form!
Fast Exporting
You can now get an export of the data displayed on the table view with a fast export. Simply hit the export button on the search customers page. The export will reflect the fields you've toggled to be visible alongside the filters you have in place. So you can easily create marketing lists using premade segmentations. The export is in CSV format and should take seconds to generate.
Merge Customers
The CRM system works by matching an email or phone number to a customer; but sometimes customers use a different email entirely. You can now take one customer and merge it another. This will assign one customers bookings to another; and replace any missing data.
Allow Skipping Payments & Easy Block Customers
You can now set any customer to not have to pay for bookings. Simply head over to their CRM page and toggle the "Can Skip Booking Payments". This then removes any booking fees for the customer (but keeps any fees for things such as Addons!)
We've also made the blocking of customers much easier, with a simple on off toggle (and remember, you can search and segment customers you've blocked to keep a running list!)
