What are Guest codes?

Community venues, like adventure centres and soft play cafes, often receive numerous small individual bookings. When these customers arrive, they often know each other and end up sitting together at a few tables, leaving plenty of free space that could have been booked out.

Group codes give every customer a unique five-digit code at the end of their booking. They can share this code with others who are joining them, and when those people make their own bookings, they can enter the code to be seated at the same table with their friends, up to the table's defined maximum guest count.
