Every paid account has access to live chat, which is our main method of support. You'll find us there from 9AM - 6PM every day within UK hours. Out of hours, we also offer emergency support and are monitoring the site status and emails at all times of the day.
But customer service isn't just about when we're open, it's about how we handle things too. Unlike bigger companies, we don't outsource CS to external companies in far off locations, we don't have robots do our work and we don't hire or work with anyone that hasn't previously worked in hopsitality and events alongside tech.
That means you'll always be speaking to people who know BookingNinja inside and out, and it means that problems we can't resolve on the spot go straight over to technical members to be logged and priotised. We update mulitple times a month with bug fixes, features and quality of life improvements.
