Update 7.5

It may have taken a few extra days to take the Santa hat off our logo, but Christmas is truly over now, and we're back and hard at work on updates, big and small.

We've got a lot planned for 2025 and we're kicking things off with some requests based on customer feedback as well as continuing to work on stability and performance.

We're also be launching our website and membership features into beta in the next few weeks, too! In fact, you might notice Sites already added to the nav bar - more on that very soon!

Added

✨ Session categories now have their own distinct URLs, which means you can link directly to a custom category from your site, rather than linking back to the main form, saving your customers that extra click.

✨ You can now create larger custom fields simply by typing in a list, rather than adding each one individually. Large fields are now searchable on your public form by your customers making them much faster to navigate.

✨We've separated "full" and "partial" refunds into two different buttons on the payments UI to make it clearer for everyone what will happen when you hit the refund button.

✨We've added a date picker to the booking history page making it even more helpful as a way to filter all the different stages of every booking you have. You can also now click on bookings and edit their details directly from the booking history page.

✨ Our Membership system, MemberNinja, is also preparing to launch around the end of this month. We haven't gone live yet, but you are able to make an account in advance there and link your BookingNinja account. If there's a feature you want from a new Membership system, now is the time to ask...

🔧The Gantt View now shows minimum and maximum covers per table the correct way around

🔧 Adding modifiers to menu items now works correctly, and we've updated that whole element of the site to the newest UI .

🔧 Fixed an issue with certain fixed-amount guest events causing a 500 error on the public form.

🔧 When adding guest types on an internal booking, the guest type amounts now go beyond 16. Didn't know you could add guest types internally? You can enable it from your Setting -> "Admin Panel" screen.

🔧 We've added the latest Google Analytics codes to the all the bits of the site that might ask for one

🔧 Fixed a time where deleting all the numbers in certain fields in the edit booking screen would pop up a harmless, but annoying error.

🔧 Fixed an occasional 500 error on sending additional emails in some specific cases.

🔧 Fixed a few final venue logos that that hadn't been working since the moved the servers in the last update.
