What is Booking History?

Booking History is our method of tracking the changes that happen to each booking. We track both customer actions, such as making a booking through your form, and team actions, like editing the size of a booking or changing a table. Along with the action, we often track the before and after of a change, and we timestamp when everything occurs. This allows you to fully understand what's been happening with any booking at a glance.

Why is Booking History Useful?
