New - Get an instant overview on your venues capacity usage.

Today we're rolling a small feature that might be a big help to lots of you, especially those who use us for their soft play booking software. You can now get an instant overview of capacity usage broken down into 15 minute chunks. The capacity information will display number of bookings, guest count and if you have some guests that don't count towards limits, the number of factored guests.

To access this simply use the List View and hit the Chart icon on the date separator header.

You also get two options on this view; both will persist across multiple sessions.

Show Empty Time Slots - This will hide any 15 minute intervals in which you don't have any bookings. By default the first slot shown is your opening time (unless you have a booking before this time, in which case it shows from the start of that booking), and the last slot is your closure time (once again though - if you have a booking past this it will display that!).

Only Show Changes - When this is toggled on you'll only be shown times in which the number of guests in your venue changes. This is ideal for those who use a fixed slot system (for example venues which use 12-2PM etc) as it will show only the 'slots' your venue uses.

If you use guest types you can hover over any slot that has bookings and you'll be shown a quick preview of what guest types are booked into that session.

Each time slot is colour coded, from green (lowest point of bookings) through to red (the highest point of bookings). So you'll be able to quickly see where your likely to be busiest; which can be extremely helpful for balancing when team members breaks can be scheduled.
