We've deployed an update to the post visit feedback system.

We've brought this into the new booking flow to keep everything consistent and we've added some much requested features and improvements.

You can now create multiple rating points during the post visit feedback! For example you can create a question with a thumbs up and thumbs down on "Did we ask you if you had any allergies?"

You can also create NPS like 0-10 scale ratings, add more freeform text area boxes, smiley ratings etc!

We've also updated the redirection approach. You can now do two types of redirect. If you use instant redirect the user will be sent forward right away without landing on your feedback page, or you can do post submission redirect in which case they still fill in the post feedback form and after submission are redirected to the location of your choice.

The page for viewing feedback has also been updated to reflect all these changes. You can now filter down the types of feedback, view trends and drill into the nitty gritty.

You can also now get notified when you've received a new rating via email! Just head over to your notification settings page to add a new rating notification.
