Price [non]Increase

Posted 06th of July 2022 by Daniel

We understand that costs are always going up, whether it's the cost of living or the cost of running a business. We also know that when costs go up, it can be tough to keep prices the same.

We hear that our members are feeling the pinch with wholesale costs skyrocketing and consumer pockets shrinking. It's going to be a tough year for a lot of people and businesses, especially in hospitality. Our own costs have increased across the board, be it for the software platforms we use, the hosting, and of course personnel costs.

We want to help take away some of the financial pressure that our members are feeling, even if it's just a little bit. So our fees will stay the same in 2022, despite all of the cost pressures we're facing. Honestly, this was a difficult decision to make. but ultimately don't want to pass on our rising costs to you during this emerging economic struggle.

Accepting online bookings increases the number of covers your venue will manage to bring in, and in turn allows you increase your revenue. BookingNinja, or for that matter any online booking tool is a vital tool for any business that expects to survive and we don't want to price anyone out.

It's important to stress that dispite the rising cost we will not cut corners, or reduce the quality of our software and support. Our aim is to help you succeed, to allow that your business can weather any storm. It's not some overly grandious gester either - if you do well, you stay around and we do well.

We want to thank you for supporting us over the years, and hope that we can continue to grow together and help each other out.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Sincerely,

The BookingNinja Team.
