Unlimited Staff Accounts
All our plans, including our free account, offer unlimited staff accounts. That means you can add as many people as you need to help you manage your bookings, without worrying about having to pay more money as you take on new hires.
All our paid accounts offer unlimited bookings; whether you take 20 bookings a month or 2,000 you won’t pay for each booking. Our free account offers 150 bookings a month. When you reach this limit, we’ll let you know, and you can decide if you want or need a premium plan.
If you have a single venue, our premium and free plans have you covered. Our gold plan is ideal for smaller chains of up to 3 restaurants, and if you happen to have even more venues, then we’d love to hear from you and have a chat about how we can help.
Analytics & Reporting
One benefit of taking bookings on a single, online system is you get to see just how quickly your business is growing. You can see when your busiest hours are, how many no-shows you get, the percentage of your bookings which include a paid deposit, your total bookings per week, and much more.
With a single click, you can add an optional allergy form. Learn about customer allergies before they arrive and see the most common allergies from your customers instantly.
Having a big party booking is great – but having it appear automatically without a chat might not be. With our custom enquiry form, you can add a contact form to your booking page if a booking meets certain rules, such as a single booking for more than 10 people at once.
